News on Kaitlyn Castner’s false allegations

  • Allegations from disgruntled employee disproven by police

On Oct. 31, Kaitlyn Castner ended her employment with Florida’s Voice. On Nov. 3, she attempted to reverse course, and went on to issue false accusations against me.

Following her failed efforts, Castner filed a false police report alleging I sexually harassed and assaulted another employee.

The employee in question – who remains a hardworking member of our team – filed her own police report against the lies from Castner, and local authorities quickly dismissed the case.

Police said no crime occurred, and that Castner is not a victim of any crime or sexual harassment.

After this truth came out, police visited Castner, read off her “Miranda” rights and warned Castner of the consequences she could face for knowingly lying under oath.

In the weeks since Castner lost her job, she has reached out to dozens of friends, family, colleagues and employees harassing them with these lies in an attempt to discredit our organization.

All of these facts were omitted from a blog about this situation because it simply does not fit the narrative they’re pushing.

Additionally, the blog falsely stated there is a “154 page police report filed last week.”

On Nov. 24, Castner submitted 154 pages of fabricated stories; and on Nov. 27, police released their five-page report – including my own – that concludes there was no crime and this case is closed.

It took police just three days to realize Castner’s story was a complete fabrication and ended this case.

That same fabricated story that police dismissed, is the same story she gave and was shared in a blog on The Floridian.

Our lawyers are preparing legal action.

I will not sit back and let lies tarnish the amazing work of my team. To our millions of readers, hundreds of thousands radio listeners and the 375,000 daily email subscribers, this is my message to you: we will not let outside efforts stop us from our work and we will continue fighting everyday.

A wise mentor and friend of mine constantly reminds me of this verse: Whoever dwells in the shelter of the most high will rest in the shadow of the Almighty – Psalm 91.
